CONFERENCE

The conference will be organized in Vilnius and will last for 3 days. It will gather all partner organizations in order to get feedback from pilot courses held in each country. It will be the final conclusion of the web-based discussion platform - exchanging experiences throughout the implementation of the courses.
The program of the conference will consist of lectures by representatives of each discipline involved in the experimental process (artists, educators, methodologists) and panel discussions focused on specific aspects: concrete methods used in both artistic and educational modules, interactions between the artistic and educational processes and tangible results of this approach, SWOT analyses of the CVE concept, requirements, needs and suggestions of the participants, among other things. In particular, the quality, relevance and effectiveness of the results of the programme will be discussed. The representatives of workshop participants - adult learners will also be invited to present their own points of view and actively support the process of developing the CVE methodology. It will provide an additional motivational mechanism for the learners involved in pilot courses. Besides the project key staff, there will be around 130 professionals invited to take part in the conference. They will be recruited mostly in Lithuania but also from the neighbouring countries. The conference will have an added value of introducing the basics of the new methodology to a wider public via on-line presentation afterwards - the conference materials and conclusions will be published on the project website.
